The strengths that I marked dealt with ethics, being an advocate for all children and relationships with different sets of people. I have no problem saying that ethics very important to me, as it should be to everyone. I think that relationship building is the most important skill a manager of people can achieve, whether it is with adults or students. I feel that this is my best trait as an administrator.
My weaknesses are anything that deals with district level decisions. I simply do not have much experience in this area. Also, I have not dealt with board member s either and that probably will only truly happen after I am an administrator on the district level. That is exactly why I am in this program and cannot wait to absorb the knowledge from everyone in the class.
